Terms

A commission begins only after both parties accept a written quotation.

Quotation and commission

Music duration, instrumentation, deliverables, revisions, usage rights, fee and schedule are defined in the quotation. Submitting the form creates no obligation for either party.

Payments

The quotation specifies any deposit, balance and due dates. Payments can be made through PayPal or Revolut using details supplied directly by GICCOMPOSER.

Revisions

The number of included revisions is stated in the quotation. Material changes to the original brief may require an additional fee.

Rights and usage

Licensing, exclusivity, credits, registration and permission to feature the result in the portfolio are agreed separately for each project.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the stage reached and are stated before work begins.
